Milo’s Mail is owned and maintained by Milo’s Mail, company number 11792091.  The company operates within the UK.
By accessing or using any part of the site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these terms. If you do not agree with all of the Terms set forth below, you may not use any portion of the site. Price information found on this site is subject to change without notice. Milo’s Mail reserves the right to change these terms & conditions of use at any time without notice, but will not change these terms in relation to orders which have been placed and acknowledged by us before the change is made. You are encouraged to review these Terms each time you use the Site because your use of the Site after any changes are made to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, license to access and use the Site. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice to you, to revise the products and services available on the Site and to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site and we will not be liable to you or to any third party for doing so. We may also impose rules for and limits on use of the Site or restrict your access to part, or all, of the Site without notice or penalty. Your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of any such changes.
Every order on the site milosmail.co.uk assumes the customer’s acceptance of these terms.

Milo’s Mail Subscription Terms

Milo’s Mail provides customers with a box containing 5-7 products for their dog each month.  These products can include toys, treats and accessories.  Your first box payment will be taken immediately, with your box shipped swiftly afterwards.  Following boxes will be shipped around the 15th of each month and payment for monthly subscriptions will be taken at the beginning of each month.  All subscribers must be over 18 years of age and delivery address based in the UK.
A Milo’s Mail monthly subscription box scan be purchased in two ways:
– A subscription plan which require upfront payment for 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.
– A monthly rolling subscription, with monthly payments via Direct Debit.
3 months, 6 months or 12 month subscriptions
By subscribing to this offer, the customer is subscribing to the monthly box delivery service for a period of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 3, 6 or 12 respectively, as of the date of the first box received.  The payment will be upfront for the complete total of the entire service for the specified period. The customer may unsubscribe from this offer before the end of the subscription period except for reasons stated in the article ‘unsubscribe’ of these terms & conditions.
Monthly subscriptions
By subscribing to this offer, the customer is subscribing to the monthly box delivery service continually until the one of the two parties decide to end the subscription.  Payment will be taken each month via Direct Debit at the beginning of each month, in order to receive their box around 15td of each month.  Issues with payment will result in a delay of the delivery of your box.
The customer is free to terminate their subscription, without penalty, at any time as stated in the ‘unsubscribe’ article in these terms & conditions.

Unsubscribe Terms

3 months, 6 months or 12 month subscriptions
The customer is unable to terminate their contract for their 3 month, 6 month, or 12 month subscription, except for the following reason – absence from the UK for a prolonged period of time, more than 6 months (ie moving out of the country).  The customer must inform Milo’s Mail of their decision to unsubscribe via email (hello@milosmail.co.uk) at the earliest opportunity.  Refunds for the remaining boxes will be made within 30 days of email receipt.
Monthly subscription
To unsubscribe from the monthly rolling subscription, please email hello@milosmail.co.uk before the end of the month.
All boxes paid for by the customer will be automatically sent to them, and the subscription will expire after sending the last box for which the customer has been debited.
When cancelling your subscription, we’d really appreciate if you could explain why.


Your first Milo’s Mail box will be paid for instantly and shipped swiftly after ordering. Each consecutive box will be shipped around 15nd of each month via Royal Mail.  Please bear in mind that due to the contents of the box, it won’t fit through your letterbox!
After preparation of the box, the delivery of the boxes are entrusted with a courier who are in charge of the delivery to the address specified by the customer. In the case of delivery problems, Milo’s Mail is at the customer’s disposition to create a liaison between the courier and the customer.


All prices are displayed and sold in GBP (£) Sterling Pounds, with VAT Included.  The price of services and products can be modified at any time by Milo’s Mail and any changes affecting a customer will be notified to the customer.  All prices include shipping costs regardless of the amount of the Customer’s order.


Products featured in Milo’s Mail boxes are sourced from UK suppliers.  The quality and use by dates on these products come from the suppliers and not from Milo’s Mail – however if you have any queries with the items included in your box, we’re happy to hear your feedback and pass this onto the brand directly on your behalf.


All orders are payable in GBP (£) – British Pounds. Payments for orders are made via bank card payments.
The customer, by providing their bank card details, fully authorises Milo’s Mail to use the payment card for their order and legally give access to sufficient funds in order to cover the resulting costs for the order on milosmail.co.uk, i.e. automatic monthly renewal for an active monthly subscription.
Milo’s Mail reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, no matter what its nature and level of execution in the case of non-payment of any amount due by the customer. The delivery of any new orders may be suspended in the event of late payment of a previous order, notwithstanding the provisions hereof.
All payments will be processed through a secure data-encrypted procedure so that information transmitted by the customer cannot be intercepted by third parties. It is down to the customer to save and print the confirmation of payment if they wish to keep these details of the transaction.
For the monthly subscription, the direct debit will be made at the start of every month. In the case of the 3, 6, and 12 month plans, a direct debit for the total sum of the renewal will be made on the 1st of the month after your plan has ended.
If the payment fails, several attempts will be made until the 10th of the month. The client will be informed via email of the eventual failure of the debit.


Products and Box subscriptions may be ordered by clicking on the box or item you wish to purchase and then following the prompts that will appear on-screen. You may check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order to us on the checkout page.
Your order constitutes an offer to Milo’s Mail to buy a box subscription or product. All orders are subject to acceptance by Milo’s Mail. Milo’s Mail is not obliged to accept your order and may in its discretion, decline to accept any order. Where Milo’s Mail accepts your order, it will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched.
By purchasing a month to month subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods, at the original subscription rate. Following the purchase of your first box, where payment will be taken straight away, your credit/debit card will be charged at the start of every calendar. Any cancellations need to be done before the end of each month.
Prices include VAT and delivery costs (where applicable), which will be added when you view the items in your shopping basket.  Your order will be fulfilled and shipped around the 22nd of each calendar month.

Please be aware that we accept no liability for boxes that have been sent as a goodwill gesture – there will be no compensation in the circumstance where a free box encounters difficulties.

The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the box to exercise its right of retraction for which Milo’s Mail will reimburse the Customer the full amount paid, including postage. The Customer must return the box with all products inside in perfect condition and in their protective packaging because of the food and hygiene products in the box. The costs of return are the responsibility of the Customer.  Please contact hello@milosmail.co.uk for returns address.  The box must be returned with 14 days of arrival – we recommend using a tracked delivery method.

Intellectual Property

All items displayed on milosmail.co.uk including but not exclusively the texts, comments, works, illustrations, photographs and trademarks are protected as intellectual property. Total or partial reproduction of material available on the site milosmail.co.uk is strictly prohibited without proper credit.

Registration & Passwords

In order to access certain services on the Milo’s Mail website, you will be required to provide specific information. All information about you must be truthful, and you may not use any aliases or other means to mask your true identity. Any access codes or passwords provided should be safeguarded at all times. You are responsible for the security of your access codes and passwords and will be solely liable for any use or unauthorised use under such access codes or passwords. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time with or without notice. To understand how we use information collected from you, please read our Privacy Policy.

Account Closure/Deactivation

Failure by the customer to comply with these terms & conditions stated below, acts contrary to the interests of Milo’s Mail, issuing false information when creating the account may result in the suspension of access to Milo’s Mail’s services or even cancellation of their account and subscription based on the severity of the conduct in question, but the customer may not claim for damages or compensation of any kind to the company. We reserve the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is such dispute, even if they use a new/another account.

Limitation of Liability

Milo’s Mail excludes: (a) any responsibility for or liability arising out of any dealings you have with third parties that take place using or facilitated by the Site; and (b) any liability for losses which are not a foreseeable or likely consequence of your use of the Site, or of a breach of these Terms. For example, losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and Milo’s Mail at the start of your membership.
Milo’s Mail will not be liable to you over the entire period of your use of the Site for any loss in excess of (a) the total value of products or subscriptions ordered by you via the Site from time to time and (b) £250, whichever is the higher.
Notwithstanding this, nothing in these Terms will affect any liability we may have for: (a) death or personal injury arising from our negligence or our liability; (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; © for breach of any obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 or (d) any other liability that cannot by law be excluded or limited.

User Generated Content

By submitting your content to Milo’s Mail, whether by email, usage of #MilosMail on Instagram or via other social media channels, you grant your permission for Milo’s Mail to reuse this content.  Content reuse could be via and not limited to: newsletters, advertising, website imagery or social media.  If you do not wish for your content to be used, then please inform us via email hello@milosmail.co.uk.

Data Protection Act 

The information and data collected by Milo’s Mail regarding customer orders are necessary for the management of the orders and trade relations.  This information and collected data is also stored for security purposes in order to meet legal and regulatory obligations and also to allow Milo’s Mail to improve and customise the services offered and address information.  In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the customer has a right to access and correct personal data concerning themselves. Depending on the choices made when creating their account, the Customer may receive offers from Milo’s Mail via the Milo’s Mail newsletter.  This may contain offers and information about/from corporate sponsors; however your data will never be shared with them.


At any time, Milo’s Mail may choose to allow advertising on the site – any advertisements will be labelled clearly and easily identifiable.
