Can I Buy Just One Box?

Absolutely.  We offer a Gift Box option.

What's In Each Box?

Each Milo’s Mail box contains 5-7 items, ranging from toys and treats, to everyday accessories.   We’ll never tell you exactly what will be in each box, it’s a secret!  However, you can view our previous boxes here or check our Instagram to see photos of pups enjoying their boxes.

When Will My Box Be Shipped?

Your first box will be shipped shortly after you subscribe, with future boxes shipped around the15th of each month.  If this is going to differ, we’ll inform you beforehand.

From a payment perspective, you’ll be charged straight away for your first box, with future payments taken at the beginning of each month.

What If I Don't Receive My Box?

If you haven’t received your box by the end of the month then please email us hello@milosmail.co.uk

How Do I Edit My Details?

You can edit your details through My Account.  If you’re having any issues then please email us hello@milosmail.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I Feature My Product In Milo's Mail?

We love to feature new brands, as well as those that you already know and love.  If you’re interested in including your brand in a future Milo’s Mail box then please email hello@milosmail.co.uk
